Breathwork, self-enquiry, dance and ocean immersion, Elevate is a one-time experience taking place on the Bass Coast.
It is a chance to gather with community.
Connect with yourself.
Cleanse through breathwork and nature.
And find your joy and expression through dance.
What this beautiful morning will entail.
8.00am
Just after sunrise, we will meet at Island Healing where you will find your spot on your mat.
From there Sarah Jury will be taking you on a breathwork meditation to slowly wake up your senses and go within.
After which you will then be guided by Stacey Fisher from Your Unique Design for a moment of self-enquiry and reflection with just you and your notepad.
9.00/9.15am
Sophie from Pohss Studio will then take you on her silent disco experience. Where you will be given your own set of silent disco headphones, and then guided by Soph to connect into your body. Soph will then lead you to find your moves through some simple movements and encourage you to find your free expression. Then, as a group, we will move out of the studio and dance our way to the quiet beach!

After dancing on the sand we will then have a beautiful cleansing group ocean immersion before dancing our way back to the studio together.
NOTE: Your towels/items will be taken to the beach for you and if for some reason you are not up for the ocean immersion that day, you can absolutely opt out of that part of the experience should you choose.
Again please know that this Elevate, is a one-off event and will not be happening in this area anytime soon.
